Do credits expire?
Credits never expire while your account is active. Buy a pack once and use it whenever — there’s no clock, no end-of-month wipe.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — unused credit packs (zero renders consumed) are refundable within 14 days. Monthly plans cancel anytime from your account page; the current cycle stays active but isn’t refunded. Single HD unlocks are final once the file is downloaded. For broken renders (wrong species, garbled art), email support either way and we’ll make it right.
Why does the free render have a watermark?
The watermark covers our generation cost for users who never pay. Paying any tier removes the watermark on every render that purchase covers — same image, no diagonal stamp.
How does the HD download work?
After payment, you land on a thank-you page that automatically unlocks the HD link for the render you were viewing. The link stays valid; bookmark it or save the file. Credit packs and monthly plans also surface a master library on your account page.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Stripe converts to your local currency at checkout using the real-time card-network rate — what you see in your bank statement may differ by a small FX margin set by your card issuer.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, JCB) plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and most regional wallets supported by Stripe. We never see your card number — Stripe handles all of it.
